      2. Solution

      The motor model is an external - rotor roller integrated permanent magnet synchronous motor (14.67hz/44rpm, 240A), and the frequency inverter model is YDS8160 T4N.

      There are two frequency inverters, which control Motor 1 and Motor 2 respectively.
      The control modes of the two motors are master speed control and slave torque control respectively. They are connected via analog signals.
      The master motor sends two analog instruction, a speed instruction and a torque instruction to the slave station. To achieve synchronous performance, the speed variation rate is required within 5%.

      3. Conclusion

      (1) The belt and the roller run smoothly during the transportation, the operating current of the frequency inverter remains stable at around 240A.
